Everlytic Referral Programme
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions contain important information and rules about the Everlytic Referral Programme (“the Programme”), so please go through them carefully. These Terms and Conditions are binding and govern your participation in the Programme and its rewards.
By participating in the Programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Everlytic Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to all these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the Programme.
How the Programme Works
Qualified Referrals
A Qualified Referral happens when:
- The Referrer, who must be a current Client of Everlytic*, completes the form on the Programme web page with your contact details as the referrer, as well as the contact details of the Referred Client;
- The Referred Client then signs on for an Everlytic Basic, Professional, Advanced, Private Security, or Tenant package within 12 months of the referral via one of our Sales agents who manages the sign-on process with them; and
- When the Referred Client has made the first payment on their Everlytic account, the Referrer and the Referred Client will each be eligible for a Referral Reward (see Referral Rewards section below for details).
Eligible Referrals
The following are the requirements to participate in Everlytic’s Referral Programme:
- The Referrer must be a current Client of Everlytic*;
- Participants must be at least 18 years old;
- Participants must reside, or be registered as a business, in the Republic of South Africa; and
- The Referred Client must have an existing opted-in email and / or SMS database which meets the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPI”) / the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (whichever is applicable) requirements.
*Should the referrer, for any reason, not be an Everlytic client and their Referred Client meets the requirements for a successful referral, it will be at Everlytic’s sole discretion whether to award them a prize.
Referral Rewards
Upon Qualified Referral (see Qualified Referrals section above), both the Referrer and the Referred Client are eligible to receive one reward from Everlytic each.
- Qualified Referred Clients will receive a full or partial discount on the setup fee for their account to the value of R1,450 (for Basic), R3,950 (for Professional), and R7,900 (for Advanced and Private Security).
- For Qualified Advanced and Private Security Client Referrals:
- R7,900 in the form of an Innervation Rewards INREWARDS Card; OR
- One of the following Everlytic services:
- 1 x email template cut (Builder compatible & mobile responsive)
- 2 x free training sessions at your offices in JHB and / or Cape Town
- 3 x free online training sessions
- 2 x free managed email sends
- 200,000 free email credits (do not expire)
- 1,000 voice broadcasting minutes + 20,000 SMS credits (expire after 12 months)
- For Qualified Professional Client Referrals:
- R3,950 in the form of an Innervation Rewards INREWARDS Card; OR
- One of the following Everlytic services:
- 1 x free training session at your offices in JHB or Cape Town
- 2 x free online training sessions
- 1 x free managed email send
- 100,000 free email credits (do not expire)
- For Qualified Basic Client Referrals:
- R1,450 in the form of an Innervation Rewards INREWARDS Card; OR
- One of the following Everlytic services:
- 1 x free managed SMS send
- 1 x free online training session
- 20,000 free email credits (do not expire)
- For Qualified Tenant Referrals:
- R1,975 in the form of an Innervation Rewards INREWARDS Card; OR
- One of the following Everlytic services:
- 1 x free training session at Everlytic’s offices in JHB or Cape Town
- 1 x free managed SMS send
- 1 x free online training session
- 50,000 email credits (do not expire)
- 1,000 voice broadcasting minutes
Referrer Rewards are only redeemable for six (6) months from the date that the Referred Client joins Everlytic. Any attempt to claim a Reward after this date will not be permitted.
It must be noted that the Programme Reward earned by the Referrer will be tied to an Everlytic Enterprise and that the Referrer can only earn one referral reward per Enterprise registered by the Referred Client. For the sake of clarity, when a Referred Client signs up one enterprise, they may register multiple tenants under such enterprise. In such cases, the Referrer will only qualify for one Reward in total based on the one enterprise, regardless of the number of tenants that are registered under that enterprise.
If an existing Enterprise client refers another tenant within their organisation and they sign up, they’ll be rewarded with the Qualified Tenant prize listed above.

Reward Conditions
The Rewards offered by the Programme may be subject to tax. Participants are responsible for reporting these Rewards to SARS.
It is each Participant’s duty to check if they are eligible to participate in the Programme, in terms of their individual employment policies which may be subject to certain rules regarding rewards. Neither Everlytic nor its agents are responsible for any consequences if a Participant fails to follow such organisational policies.
Rules of Conduct
Participants (including Referrers and Referred Clients) must comply with all privacy laws, including South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Everlytic’s standard Terms and Conditions.
Everlytic has the right to decline participation in the Programme at any time should there be a valid reason to do so. Valid reasons for this may include, but are not limited to, engaging or attempting to engage in any of the following:
- Not adhering to these and Everlytic’s standard Terms and Conditions;
- Damaging, tampering with, or corrupting the Programme operations or website;
- Any inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, uncooperative, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual activity or behaviour; or
- Activity deemed by Everlytic to be inconsistent with the intended operation of the Programme.
Everlytic is the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions or their intent.
Liability
Binding Effects
By participating in the Programme, you agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree to and abide by them in their entirety, you aren’t authorised to participate in the Programme.
Termination
Everlytic may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change, cancel, modify, or suspend any part of (or in its entirety) the Programme or its Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you. Participation in the Programme is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any modifications that might be made.
Everlytic may, in its sole and absolute discretion, suspend or terminate any Participants’ participation in the Programme for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any actions that are inconsistent with its intent.
Release
By participating in the Programme, you release Everlytic, its parent company Vox, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damages, harm, cost, or expense connected to the Programme and / or the use of any of its rewards.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Everlytic and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Terms and Conditions or any violation by the Participant of any South African law.
Updates to These Terms and Conditions
Everlytic may update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason whatsoever without any prior or subsequent notification. It remains the exclusive responsibility of any prospective or previous Participants of the Programme to ensure they update themselves on these Terms and Conditions from time to time by visiting this page on www.everlytic.co.za/referral-programme-terms-and-conditions/.
